A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 25, 2020, at around 18:05, the Defendant obstructed the business of the victim’s convenience store business by drinking alcohol in front of the D convenience store calculation unit working for the victim C in the Yacheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s convenience store business by force by avoiding disturbance for about 30 minutes.

2. The Defendant engaged in the obstruction of performance of official duties, at the date and time, at the place, as described in paragraph (1), 112 reported and dispatched by the act as described in paragraph (1), and assaulted the Defendant’s right side by plucking, plucking up the part of the F’s left side bridge with the Defendant’s desire, such as “I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I will am off. Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the handling of the 112 reported case.
