1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 153,526,326 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 31, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. The facts below the basis facts do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged in full view of the overall purport of the pleadings in Gap evidence 1 to 8 (including the branch numbers, hereinafter the same shall apply) and Eul evidence 11.

The defendant related to the parties is a company engaged in the construction execution business, execution agency business, etc., and a contractor constructing and selling a tentative name D'D' (hereinafter referred to as "D' in this case), and the plaintiff is a company engaged in the sales agency business, etc. of housing and commercial buildings, which has entered into a contract with the defendant for the sales agency business with the above D.

B. On June 23, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a sales agency contract with the Defendant and entered into the D sales agency contract (hereinafter “instant contract”) or the instant contract as follows.

As seen earlier, the instant contract provides that the Plaintiff shall perform the sales agency business of D, such as preparation for sale in lots, public relations, and conclusion of a contract for sale in lots, and the Defendant pays 7% of the sales price at D general sale in lots and 3% of the sales price at D general sale in lots to the Plaintiff.

After the contract on June 23, 2015, the Plaintiff planned and produced D's logos, name cards, website, carbags, leaflets, silver products, promotional materials, etc. On September 12, 2015, 80 neighboring real estate brokers and the Defendant's members were invited to conduct a simple conference and a construction safety mechanism. By November 10, 2015, the Plaintiff operated a sales promotion center in the vicinity of D construction sites.

In this process, the plaintiff used 58,028,792 won as rent, management fee, fixtures and fixtures, vehicle expenses, personnel expenses, etc.

E. On July 2015 and October 2015, the Defendant paid KRW 42,810,000 to the Plaintiff as the cost of manufacturing promotional materials.

F. On July 9, 2015, the Defendant sold Nos. 102, 103, 104, and 105, D 305, July 16, 2015, and D 108 on July 20, 2015, and the total number of No. 205, October 16, 2015, Nos. 8204, October 23, 2015.
