A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On September 24, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 700,000 won by the Daejeon District Court as a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

Around 22:30 on December 30, 2019, the Defendant driven a Frocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 1.5km from the front of the C cafeteria located in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon to the front of the E cafeteria located in Dong-gu, Daejeon to approximately 1.5km.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the driving of a Fstrentop car.

On January 14, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol of 0.121% with a blood alcohol concentration around 21:35, and operated the four-lane road in front of the H elementary school located in Sejong G by straighting the four-lane road from the front side of the H elementary school located in Sejong G from the front side of the said three-lane road to the third-lane viewing of the said road.

There is an intersection where signal, etc. is installed, and in such a case, it is limited to 30 K km speed at the highest speed to children protection zones, and there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by safely driving the vehicle in accordance with the speed limit and signals.
