A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:10 on September 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven a motor vehicle of Category C with the driver’s license for a motor vehicle of Category C with the driver’s license revoked; and (b) driven the road of about 40km above the Daejeon Pungdong-dong 502, adjacent to the 502-lane of the Daejeon Pungdong-dong Mandong-dong Mandong-dong apartment of about 502, a two-lane at a speed of about 40km in accordance with the direction of the string distance. At the same time, the Defendant continued to drive the motor vehicle of Category D (F) with the victim D (V, 29 years old) driving in the same direction; (c) the Defendant had a duty of care to ensure the safety distance available to avoid the suspension of the motor vehicle; (d) the Defendant was negligent to check the mobile phone text messages while driving the motor vehicle in close vicinity to the motor vehicle; and (d) the Defendant was driving in front of the motor vehicle of Category C in the front direction.

The Defendant, by these occupational negligence, destroyed the Victim D’s light fat, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as providing relief to the victims, by stopping the light fat, etc. for about two weeks of medical treatment to the victim H (the 32 years of age) on the top of the passenger car driven by the victim D, and by stopping the light fat, which requires medical treatment for about two weeks of medical treatment to the victim F.
