Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On January 15, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in October due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Chuncheon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 23, 2019.
【Criminal Facts】 The Defendant and the victim B developed from April 6, 2016 to the person in a separate marital relationship or from April 6, 2016.
1. Around November 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) called the victim (at that time, at the age of 43) by calls to the victim at an infinite-gun Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun; and (b) asked the victim to make a settlement at home by talking about her husband unless he/she knows the amount of money; (c) demanded the victim to make a money as if her husband would have a finite; and (d) by threatening the victim’s finite, by threatening her husband, the Defendant received money from the finite-gun, Hongcheon-gun-gun, Hongcheon-gun; and (d) demanded the victim to make a settlement at home; and (e) demanded the victim to make a finite with her husband as if she would have a finite with her husband; and (e) demanded the victim to take money from the finite-gun to November 15, 2017; and (e) demanded the victim to take it over twice.
2. A intimidation: (a) around 22:00 on January 8, 2018, the Defendant threatened the victim four times in total from around 2016 to the above date, including intimidation, on the ground that the victim (at that time 45 years of age) demands the her husband to take the hedging. 3.
