2. Plaintiff’s claim against Defendant B

A. The fact that the owner of each forest of this case is the plaintiff does not dispute between the above parties.

B. The plaintiff has a benefit to seek confirmation of ownership against the defendant B to change the area on the register of each forest of this case to the same area on the register of forest and to change the name of the owner on the forestry register to the plaintiff.
