Punishment of the crime

The defendant lives as a forest fire guard and is in a relationship with the victim C (V, 55 years of age).

On May 30, 2017, at around 20:55, the Defendant: (a) 302 of the D Building 302, Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, was able to obtain the victim’s head, and (b) her head was flicked once in the victim’s face; (c) her face part was 3 times in the victim’s face; and (d) continued to her head was her head and her head was flicked by a corridor outside the victim’s residence; (c) her head was flicked three times in the corridor; and (d) her head was flicked by assaulting the victim’s left part of the building 302, which requires medical treatment for a period of 21 days.
