1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 700,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 12:15 on October 12, 2015, in a room located in D, “D” restaurant located in C, and drinked the victim, and (b) on the part of the victim, she was tightly pushed the victim’s body by putting the victim’s body into a scambling with a scamben with a scam with a view to leaving the scam of the victim’s body attached thereto; and (c) made the victim’s head scambling three times by taking the scam of the victim’s head scam with his left hand; and (d) three times after leaving the right side of the victim’s head scambling beyond C, the Defendant inflicted three times on the victim’s brain scambling with a view to having the victim’s scambling that needs to be treated for four weeks.
