Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A defendant is a person who operates a chickens farm. A person who intends to engage in livestock breeding business shall obtain permission from the competent administrative agency by preparing matters concerning the appropriate number and location of raising livestock per unit area prescribed by Presidential Decree, in cases where the area of a breeding facility exceeds 50 square meters in accordance with the livestock law.

Nevertheless, on March 24, 2016, the Defendant was raising chickens by installing a chickens 566m2 in a size equivalent to 566m2 without obtaining permission from the competent administrative agency.
