A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person who is engaged in driving a B beer or car;

2. On February 14, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) around 16:39 on February 14, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of 0.123% of blood alcohol concentration without obtaining a driver’s license from the Dong market located in 1080, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, to around 883 meters prior to the same 701-way.
