The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) around 19:00 on March 29, 2012, the Defendant operated the said car not covered by mandatory insurance without a driver’s license on March 19, 2012; (b) operated the said car on the right-hand side of the said car; (c) operated the said car on the five side of Daejeon apartment complex; (d) the width of the road is narrow; and (e) the automobiles are parked on both sides; and (e) the vehicle passes along the opposite lane, the Defendant’s driver’s duty of care to accurately operate the steering gear and brakes on the right-hand side of the said car; (e) the victim’s front portion of the said car, which was parked on the right-hand side of the said passenger vehicle; and (e) the victim’s front portion of the said car, which was parked on the right-hand side of the said passenger vehicle, continued to be substituted by the victim’s front-hand side of the said car; and (e) the victim’s front portion of the said car, which continued to be driven on the front side.
