A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The seized certificates shall be returned to persons who have lost their names as referred to in subparagraphs 1 through 9.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On October 6, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and was released on May 25, 2012 in Seoul Detention Center on parole and passed on June 25, 2012 during the execution of the sentence.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around August 17, 2012, the Defendant violated the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed a theft in front of the 3rd exit of “pro-ro 3 Station” located in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongnoro 3, Jongno-gu, Seoul, 61-68 by: (a) the Defendant discovered the victim C, who is under influence of alcohol, and then went off; (b) the victim’s wall owned by the victim; and (c) the victim’s 900,000 won of the market value, one set of a falp phone 1, which is contained in S2 mobile phone.

From the above date to June 17, 2013, the Defendant habitually stolen the property worth KRW 6,461,000 in total from 16 members of the victim’s total amount of 16 times in the following manner: (a) from the victim’s total amount of 16 members to June 17, 2013, respectively.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On August 23, 2012, around 01:42, the Defendant purchased tobacco from “E” convenience stores located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jongno-gu by horse, and offered employees with the KBN card, as indicated in attached Table 2, as if he were his credit card, and signed and issued it on the card slip, and then received KRW 13,500 from the victim’s convenience store business owner, and used the stolen credit card unlawfully.

B. On August 23, 2012, around 01:49, the Defendant purchased Blue Bluelim, etc. at “H” convenience stores located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G, and offered employees with the KB national card, as indicated in attached Form 2, as if he were his credit card, and signed and issued it on the card slip as if he were his own credit card, and thereby, received property worth KRW 21,650 from the victim H’s convenience store business owner, and denied the stolen credit card.
