A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 20:50 on March 10, 2014, the Defendant driving a vehicle with C Kanop without obtaining a driver’s license for a section of about 200 meters from the front day of the Cheongju-gun’s Cheongju-gun’s Cheongju-gun’s Cheongju-ri, which was in the Cheongju-gun’s Cheongju-gun’s Cheongju-ri.

2. Around 20:50 on March 10, 2014, the Defendant was demanded four times to respond to the measurement of alcohol in compliance with the alcohol level by the Defendant, such as the Defendant’s drinking, smelling, and redening at around 21:10 on the same day, after driving a car in the state of drinking from the front of the police station in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station Down-gu Police Station, where the Defendant had a reasonable ground to recognize that he had driven under the influence of alcohol, such as drinking, drinking, and reding, around 30 minutes in the face, under the influence of alcohol.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not comply with a police officer's request for sobage measurement without justifiable grounds.

3. Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the crackdown on drinking driving.
