Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2012, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs, which were received from Mean C, who was aware of the fact that he was not a person handling narcotics, in the middle of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S.A., the Defendant administered them to beer.

2. On June 14, 2012, around 23:30 on June 14, 2012, the Defendant administered the psychotropic drugs by inserting the volume of psychotropic drugs, together with those of Chinese women, in glass disease even though they are not authorized to handle narcotics, and by heating the bottom thereof.

3. At around 23:50 on June 14, 2012, the Defendant, even if not a person handling narcotics, injected approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs into a single-use injection machine, dilution them into a stuff, and administered them.

[2013 Highest 1599] On March 2013, the Defendant administered 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs at the office of the Defendant located in the fourth floor E in Gwangju City, Gwangju, and even if not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant administered 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs in the beer.
