Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On April 29, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Suwon Franchising Methods Board, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 1, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant violating the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving of CK5 vehicles.

The Defendant, from December 19, 2015 to February 6, 2016, was in a state of suspension of the validity of a driver’s license. However, around December 28, 2015, the Defendant followed the Defendant’s back-of-be, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seoul, 87 Ghana, and the back-of-be.
