Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants conspired to:
A. On August 28, 2007, Defendant A lent KRW 250 million to G, the representative director of the FF E office of Busan, Co., Ltd., Ltd., and Defendant A transferred the right to collateral security to B, on the ground that Defendant A had a debt of KRW 200 million against Defendant B, on August 9, 1991, with respect to the right to collateral security established with the maximum debt amount of KRW 300 million on the land located in the Do government-si located in the above company’s ownership, Defendant A transferred the right to collateral security to the above B. The fact is, without being delegated by the above G or the above auditor I to prepare a document for the registration of collateral security transfer, with the intention of exercising the right to collateral security transfer, J, the office head of the above E company, prepared a contract for the registration of collateral security, with the indication of real estate indicated as “H427 square meters prior to the Government,” “A, K, and B” and the debtor and the person who created the right to seal attached to A, and seal B.
B.
