A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 30, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two months of imprisonment and one year and six months of imprisonment for the use of computers, etc. at Daejeon District Court on August 30, 2012. On February 21, 2014, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the former prison.

1.
