Punishment of the crime

Defendant B, on June 13, 2014, was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Interest Limitation Act by the Jeju District Court on June 13, 2014, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on June 21, 2014 and is currently subject to probation.

No person shall move or arrange to move any person who enters Jeju Special Self-Governing Province without a visa to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea and has failed to obtain permission from the Minister of Justice

Nevertheless, Defendant A and B, in collusion with J and K (Defendant B’s relative relatives) who are Chinese nationals, sent Chinese persons who entered Jeju without visa to the container, moved Chinese persons into the container to the land as a times, and received a price of KRW 8 million per time from J.

The J recruited Chinese people who want to enter Jeju to land and move to land without the visa, and Defendant B led to the crime, such as identifying the number of Chinese people who want to communicate to Jeju from Jeju to land and the number of accommodation, etc., and handing over Chinese people who moved to land to J. Defendant A, Defendant A was responsible for the role of moving Chinese people to land from Jeju to land by departing from the Chinese-style container, ship, etc., and K was to move Chinese people who live to land from Jeju to the container prepared by Defendant A.

Therefore, around April 18, 2015, the Defendants: (a) loaded eight Chinese-China-China-China-China-China containers in an office container prepared in Jeju-si L; and (b) moved the above containers from the Sungpo City of Seopopo-si to the Greendong-gun, Jeonpo-gun.

Accordingly, the Defendants, in collusion with J and K, moved 8 Chinese nationals who entered Jeju-do without the permission of the Minister of Justice to other areas within the territory of the Republic of Korea, from around that time to July 20, 2015, 6 times as shown in the list of crimes.
