Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 13, 2017, at around 12:00, the victim D and E located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government subparagraph B, C, and the victims were illegally residing in his house, and the victim E was living outside his house for the purpose of resistance, and infringed upon the victim E’s residence through open entrance.
