Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On June 9, 2012, around 00:10 on June 9, 2012, the Defendant collected the victim D's house located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and then, after taking the first race to urge the victim to repay the debt, the victim landed the steel gate into the stairs between the second and third floors, and opened the steel gate up to the third floor, and intruded the victim's residence.
