1. Details of the disposition;

A. On behalf of the Plaintiff, NexEX filed a complaint against the Plaintiff on the Internet website, SNS, etc. for insulting the name-inwards, etc. posted the Plaintiff’s writing on the Plaintiff’s behalf (Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office 2018-type and 87569; hereinafter “1-type case”); on November 14, 2018, 26 persons, other than one person who has been investigated, were subject to a non-prosecution disposition to suspend indictment due to the unknown whereabouts of the remaining 26 persons, other than one person who has been investigated, on November 28, 2018, the Plaintiff B, an attorney, sent a telephone call (hereinafter “the instant call”).

B. On December 5, 2018, KON requested each information disclosure of the investigation records of the first case and the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office 2018-type and 867 (hereinafter "second case") against which Plaintiff B filed an accusation of perjury on the Internet information disclosure website (hereinafter "the second case"), but the chief prosecutor of the Seoul Central Prosecutors' Office (hereinafter "the chief prosecutor of the Defendant") made a request on December 19, 2018 (hereinafter "the information of this case") to disclose only the documents submitted by the Plaintiffs, and to refuse to disclose each of the information listed in [Attachment 1 and 2] list (hereinafter "the information of this case") based on Article 9 (1)-4 and 6 of the Official Information Disclosure Act (hereinafter "the Information Disclosure Act"). The Plaintiffs again requested the chief prosecutor of the public prosecutor's office on October 25, 2019 to disclose the information of this case on the grounds that they were subject to the disclosure of the information of this case.
