Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from around April 14, 2009 to around November 14, 2010, purchased 20 million won in the name of D from around 201 to around 30, 2010, from around 300 to around 30, 2010, a second-story house located in Busan Jin-gu from around 30, 200 to around 4, 201, and was living together with D with D on the first to March 30, 2013. In purchasing the above house, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of Busan District Court on April 15, 2015, for the purpose of filing a lawsuit to recover 20 million won from D without compensation.
