1. The Defendant, on February 28, 2015, based on the completion of the prescriptive acquisition on February 28, 2015, with respect to the Plaintiff’s forest C, Y-gun, Gyeongnam-gun.

Indication of claim: The Plaintiff is obligated to implement the procedure for ownership transfer registration on the ground of the completion of the prescriptive acquisition period, as the acquisition by prescription was completed on February 28, 2015, by occupying the land in a peaceful and openly recorded order with the intent of possession for twenty (20) years from February 28, 1995, counting from D, the previous possessor.
