1. The defendant has completed the acquisition by prescription on March 31, 1990 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff, on March 31, 1970, occupied each real estate listed in the separate sheet with the intention to own it for twenty (20) years since the acquisition by prescription was completed on March 31, 1990. Thus, the defendant, who is the title holder in the register of real estate register, is liable to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership for that reason to the plaintiff.
