A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In order to raise living expenses, the Defendant, as a worker of one-time work, intruded into materials and warehouses located in the U.S. northwest-gu, Sinju, to cut the construction materials and tools, and colored the place where the crime was committed.

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. On November 19, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime of November 19, 2018: (a) around 19:30, at the materials storage managed by the victim C, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance that was not corrected by the victim’s absence; and (b) went into inside and intruded into the storage; (c) three PC heating films in the amount of KRW 7,50,000,000 in the market price owned by the victim; (d) 11 PC heating technicians in the amount of KRW 330,000 in the market price; (e) 11 electric posters in the amount of KRW 200,000 in the market price; and (e) 200,000 in the amount of KRW 138,00 in the aggregate, including two electric wires, two ruptures in the electric wires; and (e) 1380,000,00 won in the market price.

B. On January 22, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime on January 22, 2019: (a) on January 19, 201.

At the port entry place, the victim C opened an entrance that was not corrected by the said warehouse using the cre in the absence of the victim C, and intruded into the inside and stored inside the entrance, and stolen the victim's property owned by the victim, including one electric strawer (ES product) with an amount of 250,000 won at the market price of the victim's own, and one electric strawer (ES product) with an amount of 200,000 won at the market price.

C. On January 28, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime of January 28, 2019: (a) around 19:00 on the materials storage managed by the victim E, the Defendant: (b) opened a gate that was not corrected by the victim’s absence; and (c) intruded into the inner part; and (d) took 70,000 won of the market price of the victim’s possession, including one mechanical saw in the amount of KRW 500,000,000, and one electric fold in the market price of KRW 200,000,000.

2. The Defendant is a thief victim on January 28, 2019, who is in F at Female around 19:30.
