A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a business owner who has been awarded a contract for the transportation of trees harvested from the above F at the site of a tree executed by the F in the North Korea-gun C, D, or E.
