A From September 10, 2015 to October 30, 2016, a private person was designated as a safety and health management manager at the site of construction of bathing rooms in Daegu-gu D Co., Ltd., and Defendant B is the representative of L Co., Ltd., and operated the said construction machinery contracting and leasing business at the construction site. Defendant C is a worker belonging to M, who operated concrete pumps at the said site, and Defendant D Co., Ltd is a corporation with the purpose of civil engineering and construction business.

1. Defendants A, B, and C shall prepare a work plan in accordance with the relevant work plan, including measures for the prevention of danger to workers in the course of work by using forking vehicles, which are vehicles transporting machinery, including the type, performance, operating routes, and work methods, in order to prevent danger to workers; and shall, in the event that the work is conducted by using a concrete pumps which are vehicles' construction machinery, prepare a work plan including the types, performance, operating routes, and working methods of construction machinery; and in the event that the work is conducted by using a concrete pumps which are the vehicles' construction machinery, the work plan shall be conducted in accordance with the relevant plan; and in the event that the work is conducted by exceeding or fall off the vehicles' loading and unloading machine, the work plan shall be conducted in order to ensure the safety of workers; and in case where the work is conducted by using the loading and unloading machine, cargo or loading and unloading machine, the main purpose of the work plan shall be to prevent any danger to workers, and the work is not conducted on a regular basis, in advance, to ensure the safety of workers;
