A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. From August 5, 2015 to October 17, 2015, the Defendant taken pictures against the victim’s body against the victim’s will that could cause sexual humiliation or shame, such as the victim’s reproduction of the attached crime list (1), on a total of six occasions during the period from August 5, 2015 to October 17, 2015, by using a crepan in which the victim reported another place without the victim’s consent, after having sexual intercourse with the victim F (n.e., 17 years of age) within his/her own residence within 503 public notification telecom in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu.

2. Intimidation;

A. On October 2015, the Defendant sent to the Defendant’s residence located in 503, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, a message to the Victim F (n, 17 years of age) listed in paragraph 1, stating that “I would spread his/her body photograph without delivery,” at the Defendant’s residence.

In other words, the victim threatened the victim by notifying harm as if the victim would inflict any harm.

B. On January 15, 2016, from around 00:35 to 15:22 of the same day, the Defendant sent a message to the victim G (n, 17 years of age) at the Defendant’s residence in the above E-Notice 503, stating that “I would distribute (n, n, n, n, n) pictures.”

In other words, the victim threatened the victim by notifying harm as if the victim would inflict any harm.

3. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using communications media) by the Defendant sent an I message containing obscene words or pictures that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion, such as sending out the message “hing hings” and “sch hing hing hing hing hings” using cellular phones, to the victim H (Wing 19 years of age) who came to know through hosting at the Defendant’s residence on January 4, 2016, and then transmitting it to the 15th day of the same month.
