Criminal facts
1. Around December 26, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using a telecommunications medium) and the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using a telecommunications medium) sent a message to the victim D, who is the seat of the above C, to reach a sense of sexual shame by transmitting the victim’s bridge and tamp, etc. of the victim C (n, 27 years of age) who visited the scene on October 23, 2015 and October 31, 2015, using the E language display case to “if the victim D sps several times, one photograph is hick.”

2.
