Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 6, 2011, at around 13:25, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by having 6 soldiers in the “D” restaurant operated by Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (the age of 48), and having 3 beer soldiers shick up on the side of the restaurant entrance without any justifiable reason while drinking at the “D” restaurant operated by the victim C (the age of 48).
