Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) provides that the Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BCom-sports car.

On October 2, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car on October 23:5, 2019, and driven it along the two-lanes in front of the Fungcheon-dong, Youngcheon-do, Pungcheon-do, in the direction of a new road, along the direction of the Suwon-do Office.

Since there is an intersection where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering system and brakes while keeping the lane to those engaged in driving of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, in order to make a right-hand way by negligence, the Defendant left-hand driving part of the DTball-on vehicle driven by the victim C (the age of 25) who was parked at one-lane to neglect this, and got her driving ahead of the left-hand driving part of the DTB-on vehicle driving by the Defendant, and damaged the above ETball-on vehicle to have approximately KRW 2,906,496 on the right-hand side of the sports vehicle and escaped without immediately stopping the vehicle and without taking necessary measures.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) from October 1, 2019 to November 9, 2011 of the same year, even though it was in a state of suspending the validity of the license, the Defendant driving of the said Bcom sport vehicle at approximately nine kilometers from the front of the road in front of the place where it is impossible to find out the Cheongdong-gu Cheongdong-dong at the time and time as specified in paragraph (1) of the same Article to the front of the Gcom sport vehicle.
