Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a dump truck.

On February 27, 2013, at around 08:25, the Defendant driven a dump truck on the above 08:25, and proceeded about four-lanes in front of the wind and long-distance, which are located in the Gancheon-dong, Seocheon-do, Suwon-si, the water zone, at a speed of about 50km in the direction of the water zone.

At the time, there is a place where a signal is installed at night and at the same time, so there was a duty of care to safely drive a person engaging in driving a motor vehicle according to the new code.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and received the right part of the victim C's D's driving which was left left in the direction of winding down in the direction of the water level in accordance with the Madle Code by negligence in violation of the signal, and received the right part of the victim C's driving vehicle in front of the vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim due to the above occupational negligence during about 16 weeks of medical treatment.
