Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. Around May 2006, the Defendant applied for the grant of “the 17th Central Art System” at the beginning of the victim from the Sincho-si, Seocho-si, Seoul. The grant was not used for any other purpose, as it is specified according to the purpose and purpose of the subsidy, and it was again returned at the beginning of the victim, if any money remains after the execution of the subsidy.
However, on May 29, 2006, the Defendant deposited KRW 1.6 million, which is part of the above subsidies, into the G account in the name of “F” for production expenses, such as banner, and returned the full amount of KRW 1.6 million again, and used it for other purposes, such as the extreme operating expenses or personal living expenses, around that time, and embezzled KRW 82,871,00 in total by the same method over 53 times, as shown in the annexed crime list I, from that time until September 5, 2012.

B. Around May 2008, the Defendant applied for a subsidy related to the “26th nationwide drama e.g.,” and obtained a decision to grant the subsidy from the Gangwon-do Office located in Chuncheon-si, Chuncheon-si. This is the total project cost of KRW 21.7 million, which is the Defendant’s own subsidy, and the victim paid the remainder of KRW 11.7 million as the subsidy. If the ratio of self-payment was reduced compared to the plan until the settlement of accounts, the Defendant was granted a subsidy equivalent to the percentage of the subsidy.
