Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 19, 2013, at around 22:15, the Defendant driven B automobiles under the influence of alcohol at approximately 0.316% of blood alcohol concentration ( blood collection standard) at the section of approximately 500 meters from the mnivem parking lot of the Seogu Seo-gu Busan Metropolitan City to the long-term elementary school located in the same Gu.
