On March 20, 2014, at around 22:50, the Defendant driven BSS5 car at around about 1 km section before the South Daegu IC road located in the same Gu and located in the store of the Daegu Seo-gu, Seogu, as the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.101%.
