Defendant
A on November 6, 2008, a person who was sentenced to one year imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court on January 30, 2009 and became final and conclusive on January 30, 2009, and Defendant B was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution with prison labor at the Busan District Court on November 6, 2008 and was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution with prison labor at the Busan District Court on January 30, 2009.
1. Defendant A
A. On November 29, 1993, the Defendant was a spouse who has completed a marriage report with D on November 29, 1993, and around June 18, 2008, the Defendant and Co-Defendant B, who had been in the domicile of the Defendant and Co-Defendant B, 103 dong-gu, Busan, and 1304 dong-gu.
B. The Defendant violated the Certified Public Accountant Act and the Certified Tax Accountant Act: (a) around October 2000 when acquiring a certified public accountant’s license and a certified tax accountant’s license; (b) from around October 2000, the registration of certified public accountant was revoked as of March 19, 2009; and (c) the registration of certified tax accountant was revoked as of January 30, 2009; and (d) even after being aware of the revocation of the registration of certified public accountant on April 8, 2009, he/she was unable to perform his/her duties even after being aware that he/she was unable to perform his/her duties; (b) from around April 9, 2009 to May 209, the “A Tax Accounting Office” received an average of KRW 100,000 per month from the company’s request, including G, from around 69 to May 209.
2. Defendant B is aware that Co-Defendant A has a legally married spouse, and Defendant A knew that he/she has a legally married spouse.
As described in the paragraph, Co-Defendant A had sexual intercourse with Co-Defendant A once.
