A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On November 13, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for one year and ten months for aiding and abetting a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapon, etc.) at the Daejeon District Court on the grounds of violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Ganpo Prison on August 29, 2015.

1.
