1. Basic facts

A. In the event of the instant oil pollution accident, the summary of the instant oil pollution accident and pollution is see: (a) around 07:06 on December 7, 2007, the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs/ the Korea Coast Guard/Cheongnam-do (hereinafter “the instant oil tanker”); (b) around 6:06 on December 7, 2007, when the instant oil tanker was towed by two towing ships on the sea of 11,828 tons of Samsung Heavy Industries, which is the 146,848 tons of the instant Samsung Industries, and at around 146,848 tons of the instant oil tanker “HBI SPRIT”; and (c) around 1,35,300 tons of the instant oil tanker, the instant oil tanker was leaked to 146,848 tons of the instant oil tanker at sea (hereinafter “the instant oil tanker”); and (d) the instant oil tanker was discharged to 140,535,000 tons of the instant oil tanker.

(2) On December 10, 200 on the same day after the occurrence of the instant accident, the outflow oil was released from the northwest-gun's coast to the 18km away from the northwest-gun's coast to the west-gun's coast, the southwest-gun's coast, the southwest-gun's coast, the southwest-gun's coast, the southwest-gun's coast, the southwest-gun's coast, and the flow was 18 km away from the west-gun's coast to the west-ri's port, the 4th day after the occurrence of the instant accident. On December 10, 2007, the flow was 70 km away from the west-gun's coast to the west-gun's port.
