Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of an official document;
A. On March 11, 2013, the Defendants, along with C, identified the name and resident registration number of E on the Internet website for the purpose of executing a monthly lease contract for apartment buildings in Gangnam-gu located in the vicinity of the Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Incheon, with C, with a view to exercising his/her status status status status, and made contact with the Defendant via the Internet identification forgery website, and sent the name E, resident registration number F, Gyeonggi-do address G, Gyeonggi-do address G, the date of publication, and C’s photograph to e-mail, and made it a copy of the resident registration certificate stating E’s personal information.

B. On March 20, 2013, the Defendants, along with C, contacted with C, and name H, resident registration number I, and address, with a view to exercising the disguised status as a house owner when leasing a monthly rental apartment house at the place near the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Station, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with a view to exercising the disguised status as a house owner.
