1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff was put to B (hereinafter “the deceased”) who died on June 19, 2017, and the Deceased served as a teacher at C High School from March 1, 201 to February 28, 2015, and from D High School from March 1, 2015 to January 16, 2017.

B. On January 17, 2017, the Deceased diagnosed “a malicious salkins and progress type (hereinafter “the injury of this case”) on the part of E Hospital,” and applied for approval of medical care for official duties to the Defendant.

On May 29, 2017, the Defendant rendered a disposition not to grant medical care (hereinafter “instant disposition”) on the ground that “The treatment of the instant injury and disease is known as being delayed due to climatic and genetic factors or the living environment centered on diet” is not clearly revealed. In light of the medical characteristics of the instant injury and disease, there is no medical evidence that it cannot be presumed to have been caused by occupational negligence, and there is no special minor person that may cause the injury and disease of this case from the deceased’s working environment or working conditions, and on the ground that there is no proximate causal relation with the duties of the deceased, the instant injury and disease of this case were rendered on the ground that there is no proximate causal relation with the duties of the deceased.”

C. The Plaintiff dissatisfied with the request for examination to the Public Official Pension Benefit Review Committee, but the said Committee dismissed the request for examination on October 23, 2017.

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion has continued to work as a teacher during night and weekends, while serving as a teacher, and has been assigned to a teacher in March 2016 with a large amount of work.
