1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 24,134,515 for the Plaintiff and KRW 20% per annum from August 8, 2015 to September 30, 2015; and (b) October 1, 2015 for the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. The interest rate on delay damages from October 1, 2015, pursuant to Article 2 (2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act), with respect to the portion on delay damages, shall be 15% per annum.
