A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 15, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Assault, etc. of Drivers) (hereinafter referred to as the “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) (hereinafter referred to as the “Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes”) threatened the victim’s body 3 to 4 times, and continuously pushed the victim’s body by hand on his hand, on the ground that the victim was on board the CD bus driven by the victim B (37 years old) at the bus stops in the Do Office bus stops.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.

2. At the time stated in the preceding paragraph, the injured Defendant assaulted the victim as described in the preceding paragraph, and escaped with the rear door of the bus, and 75 Do Office bus stops in order to prevent the victim from escape at the bus stops of Cheongju City, and Do Office bus stops of Do Office bus stops of Do Office bus stops of Do Office bus, thereby getting the victim from drinking with her fating so that the victim does not escape. The injured Defendant was faced with the victim’s face at the victim’s face, and continuously faced with fating the victim’s hand, and caused damage to the victim’s neck and hand that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

1. The reason for sentencing of Article 62-2 of the Social Service Order Criminal Act Article 62-2, or -19, assaulted a bus driver who suffered damage solely on the ground that he/she was in an essential situation to wear accurate gark at the time of the use of public transportation.
