Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of BM3 passenger vehicles.

No motor vehicle owner shall drive any motor vehicle on a road, which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless,

1. On July 3, 2015, around 03:02-04:42, the Plaintiff operated the said vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance from the long-distance street street street of Embacheon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si to 147-7 U.S., Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

2. On August 5, 2015, around 17:32, 2015, the Plaintiff operated the vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the street of the 7 Modern Han-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-do.

3. On August 7, 2015, around 12:15, 2015, the Plaintiff operated the instant vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance from the long distance in front of the elementary school of the Bridge.

4. On August 14, 2015, around 05:33-05:45, the Plaintiff operated the said vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance from the point of 87.8km to the point of 65.9km (Cheongyang-gun, Cheongyang-do) of the New Busan Busan Highway (Seoul-si) to the point of 65.9km (Cheongyang-do, Cheongyang-do) of the 87.8km of the Busan Busan Highway.

5. On September 14, 2015, around 11:17-11:24, the operator operated the said vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance from the point of 44 km (17 km) to the point of 25.7 km-ro, Seocheon-ro, Seocheon-ro.

6. On September 14, 2015, around 14:54, at a point 125.9 km from the starting point of the west Coast Guard, the vehicle was operated without mandatory insurance.
