A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 03:15, on the ground that the Victim D (year 22) in the F Park C, located in Busan YY B, caused the Defendant’s her mother-gu E, an elementary school, to be luscated; (b) on the same day, the Defendant requested the Victim’s face face level at around the F Park near the same Dong at around 03:30 on the same day; and (c) on the other hand, the Defendant was suffering from the victim’s face at a time when the victim’s face was taken one time, and the victim’s chest was laid down on the right side and the inner wall that requires medical treatment for about 22 days.
