1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 3, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff may recognize the fact that on October 5, 2013, the plaintiff lent the above money to the defendant Eul's account under the name of the defendant's father C while lending KRW 27.5 million to the defendant Eul.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay the amount of 27.5 million won borrowed from the plaintiff and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from November 3, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, after the day when the complaint of this case was served on the defendant.
