Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in driving a vehicle with C low-speed.

At around 01:40 on May 8, 2013, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.181% in a section of approximately one kilometer from the road front of a bus terminal located in the Si-si, Si-si, Seocho-si, to the road front of the Dogna Center located in Geumho-dong on the same day at around 01:45 on the same day.
