A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who worked from May 12, 2015 to June 12, 2015 as an employee from “D” in the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Operation of Victim C.

1. At around 01:00 on June 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a locked door using a security card; (b) opened the locked door with the security card; and (c) intruded into the said D; and (d) carried 370,000 won in cash at the Kacter.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

2. At around 09:00 on June 28, 2015, the Defendant opened a locked door using a security card and intruded into the said D using the security card in the same manner as the foregoing paragraph 1, and carried 2.10,000 won in cash at the Kabter.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's structure and stolen the victim's property.

3.(a)

On July 5, 2015, at around 01:07, the Defendant opened a locked door using a security card in the same manner as the above paragraph (1) and intruded into the said D, and carried the locked cash.

B. At around 10:55 on July 5, 2015, the Defendant opened a locked door with a security card using the same method as the above paragraph (1) and intruded into the said D, and had the cash of the amount in which it had been located in the carcter.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen 65,000 won of cash owned by the victim.

4. At around 10:30 on July 7, 2015, the Defendant opened a locked door using a security card and intruded into the said D using the same method as the foregoing paragraph (1), and attempted to carry the cash located in the locked, but did not bring the intent to commit an attempted act on the wind without cash.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's structure, and attempted to steals the victim's property.

5. The Defendant, around July 9, 2015, in the same manner as the foregoing paragraph (1) above, around 08:11.
