1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 5,587,936,060 as well as 20% per annum from September 10, 2013 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff is an autonomous management organization organized by the occupants in order to manage the 1,234 households and their accessory facilities, which are, in order to manage, the Kugdong-dong-dong-dong 3366 Geum-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong 23. The Defendant is an executor who constructed and sold the apartment of this case.

B. The instant apartment was inspected on February 26, 2009.

C. Various defects have occurred due to design change, non-construction, erroneous construction, defective construction, etc., and in order to repair the apartment building of this case, the following expenses are needed on the premise that the apartment building of this case is "part-down design" after repairing the outer wall rupture

(The details of detailed defects are as shown in the attached Form).

The Plaintiff acquired a claim for damages in lieu of the defect repair from the sectional owners of 1,190 households among the 1,234 households of the instant apartment, and notified the Defendant of the assignment of claims entrusted with the authority to notify the assignment of claims. The notification of the assignment of claims finally reached the Defendant on September 9, 2013.

E. Since the ratio occupied by the whole area of the apartment of this case to the whole area of the household that transferred the above apartment of this case is 96.2542%, the defect repair cost for common areas is 2,910,773,700 won [2,922,912,946 design modification defect 1,101,135,564 won] x 96.2542%, and less than won 2,653,335,81 won in total.
