Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On November 19, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year’s imprisonment with prison labor for an attempted larceny at the Seoul Central District Court, and on February 16, 201, two years’ imprisonment with prison labor for an attempted larceny and eight months’ imprisonment with prison labor for the same reason, and on December 1, 2011, the same court was sentenced to eight months’ imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the same court on December 1, 201 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 17, 2012, and the execution of each of the said punishment was completed in the female prison on January 4, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】 No one shall openly distribute outdoor advertisements, which are media products harmful to juveniles, to the general public, at places through which the general public pass.
At around 23:00 on May 6, 2015, the Defendant spreaded the front door of the name tag size, stating “after the selection of the place, c, D, and 24 cities,” along with the female pictures of the inner clothes in front of the Mour in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.”
On May 30, 2015, the Defendant, around 22:40 on May 30, 2015, 2015, posted the front of the Felel in Songpa-gu Seoul EFel, the front of the name tag size of the name tag, stating “after the location selection, the contact outline, G, D, business trip 24 occ, and magb,” along with the female photo of the clothes in front of the Felel in Songpa-gu Seoul.

On May 7, 2015, around 19:30 on May 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on the street in front of a L hotel located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K, and (b) on the advertisement publicity materials in the form of a name tag stating or suggesting sexual traffic, “M after the selection of a place,” the Defendant spreaded without permission.
