When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall openly distribute advertising materials containing telephone numbers, location information, etc., along with phrases arranging or suggesting sexual traffic, as harmful media materials to juveniles, at places where the general public pass through.

Nevertheless, around 00:05 on December 7, 2015, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts with the words “after the selection of the place,” female pictures and the phrase “after the selection of the place,” on the front side of Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and distributed openly advertising materials of the type of advertising in the name of a medium harmful to juveniles, in which the phrase “after the selection of the place,” is inserted, in a manner of spreading it in a random manner.
